Bachelor’s degree - ready for management
The Bachelor degree programmes Business Administation, Real Estate Management, Business Law, Public Management and Economic Policy prepare students for management in business, public administration and nonprofit organisations. In addition to solid foundational knowledge, a wide range of specialisations is offered. Business‑Administration students alone can choose from nine focus areas, including Environmental Management, Taxation, Finance and Investment, Human Resources and Marketing.
With a Master's degree into the leadership ranks
Bachelor graduates have eight different Master’s programmes available to them. The Master’s programmes in European Economic Policy, Finance, Accounting, Cooperate Law and Taxation, Industrial Sales and Innovation Management, Labour and Human Resources Management, Nonprofit Management and Public Governance, Corporate Tax Law, and the internationally oriented Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law provide a practice‑oriented scientific deepening and prepare students for leadership positions in business and public administration.
Internationally networked
Internationality receives special emphasis in Faculty 3. International university collaborations, internationally connected professors and the degree programmes taught in English International Business (Bachelor) and International Business (Master) and International and Development Economics (Master) make the faculty attractive to many foreign applicants. Yet even in the German‑language programmes, students from all over the world study here. Intercultural competences thus arise automatically; intercultural management is, of course, part of every programme.
Qualified teaching from the start
First‑year and international students are supported through dedicated buddy programs. Bridging courses and an orientation week ease the start into studies. Sixty academically recognised professors who bring their own professional experience and about 120 business professionals as lecturers ensure high‑quality teaching and excellent support throughout all stages of the degree programme.
